I will work on an individual plan on issues that are putting limitations on your life. I always work from my heart and what you want to achieve to enhance your life . My Experience
Hi I'm Karen a qualified hypnotherapist and life purpose coach .
I'm also a LOA,NLP and EFT practitioner.
I moved my practice solely online which I have been doing since the beginning of COVID .
These sessions are safe and just as effective if not better in some cases and my Google and website reviews reflect this .
I offer individual sessions ,group sessions and programs and sometimes blended therapies on discussion around wants and needs .
