We utilize hypnotherapy and holistic methods that support your unique healing process mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

I have been a Reiki Master, Life Skills Coach/Group Facilitator, Peer Group Counselor, & have done other healing modalities & forms for over 16 years. I am also a Youth Worker
