About Lisa
I am an approachable, insightful and experienced trainer & therapist specialising in trauma and anxiety, with great knowledge, and qualifications from my professional and personal development over the years.
I have a great toolkit at Hello Mind, to ensure that all my clients receive therapy unique to their circumstance, giving them their own toolkit of skills to take home and use to ensure continuity of development and wellness.
Sessions can last up to 2 hours and will be tailored to you in mutual agreement after your free initial consultation. This is all about YOU. YOU living YOUR best life. Happier, lighter and brighter. No session will ever be the same as no person is the same. Sessions have the option on IEMT or Hypnotherapy, with the option to have either a Guided Meditation at the end.
I am not your average therapist, I ensure that you understand how your mind works, why you have suffered as you have and how to take change and manage living day to day without that awful chatter or negative emotional imprints.
Most clients need 1-4 sessions maximum. Beware of therapists offering packages as this is not with the client in mind this is often with the lining of their pocket in mind.
I work with JSAS, Jewish Sexual Abuse Support for men women and children, often given their most complex cases or cases that are deemed by top pyschotherpists too comlpicated and where medication has been offered instead, in these cases and many more, I have successfully changed and saved lives where others couldnt. My client list covers celebrities and top atheletes and cases where top rehab centres have failed I have delivered.
