I am an approachable, insightful and experienced trainer & therapist with great knowledge, and qualifications from my professional and personal development over the years.
I have a great toolkit at Hello Mind, to ensure that all my clients receive therapy unique to their circumstance, giving them their own toolkit of skills to take home and use to ensure continuity of development and wellness.Sessions can last between 1-2 hours and will be tailored to you in mutual agreement after your free initial consultation. This is all about YOU. YOU living YOUR best life. Happier, lighter and brighter. No session will ever be the same as no person is the same. Sessions have the option on IEMT or Hypnotherapy, with the option to have either a Guided Meditation at the end.
