About Richard Adam
I'm a qualified hypnotherapist in practice since 2013, with background knowledge of medicine from my 20-plus years working within the NHS.

My Experience
Starting my career in the NHS and dealing with the allopathic approach I recognised there was a need for alternative approaches in some cases. This led me to explore alternative approaches such as clinical hypnotherapy. Since qualifying, I have worked with many clients to help them overcome issues such as depression, addictions, negative habitual patterns of behaviour etc.
