About Natasha
I'm a Clinical and Transpersonal Integrative Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.
This career isn’t just a job for me, it’s my calling. I’m truly passionate about what I do and put my heart and soul into helping people create meaningful change.
My name, Natasha (from the Greek name Anastasia), means "to rise" and that's exactly what I like to help people do.
I’ve always had a natural ability to help and heal others. Studying simply helped me refine and deepen what already came naturally. It felt more like building on an existing foundation than starting a career.
Although I have always been spiritual, I am also highly analytical. My analytical side led me to study neuroplasticity and the science of the mind, allowing me to work holistically with mind, body and soul.
Whether it's releasing blockages, limiting beliefs, fears or calming the nervous system, my goal is to help people let go of what no longer serves them and unlock their greatest potential.
My Experience
I operate two practices: Break Free Hypnotherapy, which focuses on Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, and Past Life Tours, which specialises in Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives.
Like many therapists, I started from a home office before moving into a small commercial office in Brighton. As my client base continued to grow, I eventually opened my own practice in Ashfield.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide variety of clients and issues. This includes addictions such as smoking, alcohol and gambling, emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression, as well as helping people improve confidence, motivation, focus, study, sport performance and overall happiness.
I have helped many clients break free from emotional blockages, overcome resistance, calm the nervous system, let go of limiting beliefs and gain greater clarity, direction and purpose in their lives.
Through Past Life Tours, clients often discover fascinating insights about themselves. Many find the links between their past and present life, break free from what no longer serves them, bring forward positive abilities, gain a deeper understanding of their purpose and uncover important lessons for their soul's journey.
Many clients also choose to continue into the Spirit Realms and Life Between Lives, where they can connect with their Higher Self, Spirit Guides and Soul Group and ask up to 10 questions about their life. The guidance, wisdom and insights received can be truly profound, often bringing clarity, understanding and a deeper sense of purpose and direction.
Training & Qualifications
I completed my first formal Clinical Hypnotherapy training in 2014. My passion to learn more continued to grow, eventually leading me to leave several careers in the medical field so I could focus completely on what I love most – helping people through Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Soul Regression Therapy.
Over the years, I have continued to study extensively and have specialised in many areas including Inner Child Therapy, Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives, Soul Development, Personality Integration, Future Pacing, Healing Intervention and Energy Healing.
I have had the privilege of training with some of the best practitioners in Australia and around the world. My qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy, Personality Integration Psychotherapy (PIP), Soul Regression Therapy and many other specialised modalities.
