Highly Recommend
I contacted Claire for help with confidence and social anxiety.
I would always let other peoples judgments of me get in the way of achieving the best for myself.

Hypnotherapy With Claire
I have been suffering from extreme anxiety for the last year that has interfered with my home and work-life. I have also gained a lot of weight due to emotional eating. A friend of mine has used hypnotherapy for depression and convinced me to give it a go, so I found Claire on the hypnotherapy directory.
I was extremely nervous but Claire put me at ease the whole time and explained everything, I felt in safe hands from the start of the treatment.
I had 5 sessions during a 4 week period and, I can not believe the difference it has made,
I am a completely different person. My sleep, eating habits, overthinking, concentration and confidence have all improved and I’m just not anxious about silly things anymore.
Thank you Claire I am so grateful for your help and will recommend you to anyone I think could benefit from hypnotherapy.

My First Hypnotherapy Session
This being my first Hypnosis experience, I really did not know what to expect. Claire’s easy manner and the welcoming approach put me at ease immediately. Her holistic approach to my wellbeing was really valuable and I came away with some great insights. The hypnosis was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience and I can’t wait for the follow-up session. It is early days for me but I have seen an immediate change in myself, quite unbelievable but very real.

Really Recommend Claire
I have had very bad panic attacks and chest pressure because of anxiety for the past 1-2 months, specially because of COVID situation. Claire is very friendly and such an expert on what she does that he went deeper on my fears to ensure that I saw immediate improvement, which I did. From the very first session, I haven't any other panic attack, my sleep improved a lot and the anxiety level reduced. By the last session, I felt completely free of anxiety, happy and myself again. I tried everything, mental analysis exercises that I had from the psychologist therapy I did a few years ago, supplements (valerian root, melatonin,...), I was doing meditation and yoga and even it helped a bit, it didn't make it go. In work stress times, it was even worse. Claire's online sessions were the only thing that made the difference. She even helped me with other traumas. really recommend her.

Claire Is Amazing At What She Does!
Claire is Amazing at what she does! My feeling over over-anxiety and worry is just gone, and I can't explain it but I feel more like me, for the first time in a long time. I try to think back on the session and it's like an almost remembered dream and I just feel so great! My experience with her has been fantastic! Thank you Claire, for what you do!
