About Zoe
I am client-centred, open in my approach and passionate about helping people live their best lives. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to support and encourage people of all ages on their individual journeys. I offer zoom sessions to UK and international clients and face to face sessions at Core Wellbeing Clinic in Mobberley, Cheshire.
I work with clients on root cause resolution and help people heal inside their body AND mind. Beliefs about ourselves are stored in our subconscious minds and unhelpful beliefs and behaviours need to be targeted at a subconscious level, for change to be effective and lasting.
I specialise in trauma and and am a Certified Narcissistic Trauma Informed coach. Trauma is any stressful event which impacts on your emotions and affects your nervous system e.g. losing a loved one, being bullied, having surgery, going through divorce or separation, unhealthy relationships, moving house, children leaving home, a pet dying etc.
I use body-based techniques such as hypnotherapy, brainspotting and somatic belief reprogramming, to help clients understand why they feel and act the way they do. Brainspotting is particularly effective in identifying and healing underlying trauma which affects behaviour and contributes to anxiety, depression, and many other conditions.
I lived in Japan for several years and speak Japanese.
I work with children and am Enhanced DBS checked.
