I am a qualified Hypnotherapist. I have always been fascinated by the power of one’s subconscious and I believe that by building a relationship with this part of our mind can lead to creating lasting positive change. As we go through life, whether it is through past experiences or taking on other’s beliefs, there is a level of conditioning that happens to our mind and we develop a particular belief system. Sometimes this can result in having limiting beliefs that do not serve us.

I come with an empathetic and compassionate approach providing a relaxed and non-judgemental space, helping my clients gain a greater sense of self awareness and understanding of these limiting thoughts and beliefs that sit within their subconscious. Hypnotherapy allows my clients to enter a state of relaxed awareness, where we can communicate with the subconscious to reframe any of these limiting beliefs, with more positive and encouraging thought patterns. This allows my clients to shift their beliefs, their energy, their actions and feel more empowered to drive the positive changes that they are looking for.
