About Alexandra
I am an accredited hypnotherapist and life coach who has long been fascinated by the power of the mind, and how our subconscious thoughts can so easily enhance or sabotage our daily lives. For me hypnotherapy is a wonderful practice, helping clients to overcome their fears, worries and phobias, increase self-confidence and esteem, and give up bad habits or take up positive new ones, all in a safe, comfortable environment.
