About me

I specialise in helping young women manage their thoughts and emotions so they feel confident and in control of their lives.

Free 30 minute Initial Consultation

I know how difficult it can be sometimes for clients to take that first step in accessing help and the importance of being able to feel comfortable with the therapist. I, therefore, offer clients a complimentary 30 minute and no obligation initial consultation.

In my experience, the most powerful way of helping clients is to offer an individualised therapy package that includes continual support, guidance and motivation throughout– both in and outside the therapy session.

How I can help you

I help people overcome anxiety, anxiety-based disorders, depression and trauma.

An excessive or persistent state of anxiety can have a devastating and toxic effect on our physical and mental health.  Persistent stress, anxiety or experienced trauma not only affects the mental state but also impacts on our physiology, resulting in emotional and physical disorders like:

Many of these conditions are built upon, and maintained by, unhealthily high levels of stress and anxiety.

My passion and expertise lies in helping clients change the relationship they hold with their thoughts, so that they are able to effectively manage negative thoughts, reduce anxiety and stress and deal with unprocessed trauma.

I understand the feelings of fear, frustration, lack of control and loneliness my clients experience and help them to develop psychological skills that enable them to take back control and develop a rich full and meaningful stress-free life.

I use a multi-therapeutic approach which involves:

  • Hypnotherapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Psycho Sensory Therapy

Through this combined approach I have developed a potentially powerful process that can be profoundly transformational.

Hypnosis for Childbirth

Birth has the potential to be one of the most wonderful experiences of our lives. Childbirth is a natural physiological process that a woman’s body is fully equipped for. Each birth is unique, and easibirthing is about empowering you to manage your individual experience, not fear it.

Mindfulness Coaching

I offer individual or small group mindfulness coaching that can be tailored to your needs.

I also offer corporate mindfulness workshops as a 6 week programme called 'Introduction to Mindfulness and Relaxation'.  This programme provides an opportunity to learn numerous different types of Mindfulness Meditation  and practices that will enable you to quiet your mind and feel calmer and more focussed.

Calm Minds Workshops

Calm Minds Workshops run on a Tuesday evening from 6 - 7 in Telford.  These workshops are a combination of mindfulness practice, relaxation and emotional resilience building.  They provide an opportunity to relax, rejuvenate and renew the mind.
