Hi I’m Josie, and I’m the founder of Huddersfield Holistic Healing. As a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist, I utilise a range of techniques and approaches tailored to the needs of each individual client. My style of therapy is generally referred to as integrative therapy, which is a combined approach to psychotherapy bringing together different elements of specific therapies to provide a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than more traditional, singular forms of psychotherapy.

As an integrative therapist, I hold the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations, and that adapting to individual needs is the key to successful outcomes and reaching desired goals.
