I have over 10 years experience working in mental and physical health services within the community.

In addition to my three years experience as Clinical Hypnotherapist, I have 3 years experience working in Primary Care Mental Health Services (IAPT) as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. I currently work part-time as a  Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within both a Chronic Pain Service and a Work-based Talking Therapy Service. These roles involve delivering brief Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)/Pain Management Programmes to patients with common mental health problems and chronic pain conditions.

I have four years previous experience employed as a Lifestyle Coach/Health Trainer delivering health behaviour-change and healthy-living programmes to clients struggling with a wide range of physical/long-term health conditions, weight loss issues and who want to stop smoking and reduce alcohol consumption.

This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of how physical and mental health conditions can have a negative impact on your everyday life and I am committed to helping you make positive, long-term changes to improve your health and well-being.
