I am a registered member of The National Hypnotherapy Society, the Hypnotherapy Association, and The International Society of Paediatric Hypnotherapists (TISPH).

I have been working as a hypnotherapist for over 9 years. In addition to my professional memberships, I am a hypnotherapy tutor at a school accredited by the Prince's Trust. My speciality is age regression therapy, where I focus on addressing the root cause of issues rather than merely treating symptoms. This approach ensures lasting changes for my clients.

As a Theta Healing Practitioner, I also incorporate energy-healing techniques into my practice. These include Chakra alignment, aura cleansing, and body scans to promote holistic well-being.
