Rachael Davies

Hello and welcome! My name is Rachael, and I am a GHR registered hypnotherapist with expertise in trauma and bereavement. My goal is to create a safe and approachable space for you to explore your difficulties, and support you in finding solutions through hypnotherapy.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and courageous step, and my approach is designed to be warm, non-judgmental and supportive. As a registered hypnotherapist, I specialise in using hypnotherapy techniques to help clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

With my years of experience, I have developed expertise in various hypnotherapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy, Ericksonian hypnotherapy, and psychodynamic hypnotherapy. I also combine hypnotherapy with other approaches, such as EFT (emotional freedom technique), and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) to create an integrative approach that meets your unique needs.

My specialisation in trauma and bereavement means that I can help clients who are struggling with the aftermath of a traumatic event or coping with grief. Through hypnotherapy, I can help you overcome negative thought patterns and develop new coping mechanisms. I also offer practical tools and strategies that clients can use in their daily lives to support their progress. My goal is to empower clients to take control of their lives and reach their full potential.
