My name is Kerri Wade. I help you kill stress before it kills you.
As a Reiki master, Yoga Nidra facilitator and Hypnotherapist, I help working moms and busy professionals move towards balance and wholeness by using a simple relaxation technique which activates the body’s natural healing response. I help people realize they are much more than a physical body.
I have small group sessions, private sessions, remote sessions and an employee wellness program. I can even come to you.
