My name is Lesley Wells and I offer Transformational Hypnotherapy.

My Experience
Using Transformational Hypnotherapy I have helped clients to:
- Overcome a paralysing fear of spiders
- Alter their relationship to food in order to achieve and maintain their weight reduction goals
- Overcome anxiety in order to manage post-operative pain and discomfort
- Overcome past life events in order to overcome anxiety and depression, and to reduce weight so that the client could become a kidney donor for his son.
- Overcome a bitter mother-daughter relationship so that she could establish a better relationship with her own children.

Life Changing
Last year Lesley worked on my fear of spiders, I had been truly terrified of them, any size would send me into a compleat panic, tears, palpitations, shaking, screaming, it was extreme, I’d been like this all my life and frankly it was completely unnessasary.
After talking to Lesley I had Hypnotherapy, it was so calming, afterwards I felt more relaxed than id felt in years, it was lovely. In the following days a spider took up residence in my kitchen, I was not bothered by it at all, I even took to talking to it. As time has gone on it’s got better and better, last week one ran at me, I caught it and squashed it with my bare hands. There is no way I could have ever been able to do that. I’m now taking my daughter to see Lesley in a few weeks to get her fear delt with. Lesley is wonderful and I trust her totally to help my 9 year old too.

Ptsd Trauma
Lesley came to me to help me with some stressful pain and trauma
Id been having due to a serious accident
She came to me for my first session
She had such calming voice that made me feel relaxed instantly
The second time she came to my follow up appointment
Its was even better I couldn't stop smiling and felt like i was floating id no idea it was going to be so effective its been having an effect on me when i find mysel getting anxious its Lesley voice i hear with her calming voice and words taking me to that safe place

Help With Weight Loss
I had an initial phone call with Leslie to establish my needs followed by 2 hypnotherapy sessions via Skype. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Lesley helped me find a renewed determination to lose weight and boosted my confidence that I can do this. I am still a work in progress but now have the belief in myself to enable me to achieve my aims.
