My Experience
I have been a life coach for many years and have added hypnosis to my tool kit. I am certified in NLP and have training in PSYCH-K, EFT and a number of other modalities.
I use a combination of these tools in my practice depending upon my client's needs. I have experience working with adolescents and adults on a wide variety of issues including,
- compulsive behaviors (drug addiction, alcohol addiction, smoking, nail biting, etc),
- weight issues,
- anxiety,
- depression,
- self-esteem,
- procrastination
- ADD/ADHD,
I have years of experience working with people who are transitioning from one stage of life to another
- school to career,
- stay-at-home parent/caregivers returning to work,
- folks interested in changing careers, or
- folks getting ready for retirement).
Skype, Zoom or phone sessions are possible. My clients are located in the US, Canada and Europe.
