I trained as a Hypnotherapist on a one to one basis with Lorraine Gleeson at Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy in Portsmouth to a high standard and have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, I am IMR and NLP trained and I can work with children as well as adults which also requires parental participation but it is loads of fun.

there is nothing you can not deal with under hypnosis so whatever it is you are wanting to work on we can do it together.

previously I worked in a few ambulance services for 14 years so I have a lot of experience working with people in all different situations and I understand how traumatic some life experiences can be, now I can help you deal with those situations and live the life you want so you can be the best version of you.

I mainly deal with positive reinforcements but I can do aversion therapy if that's what works for you.

I gave up smoking 15 years ago with one session of Hypnotherapy and I am interested in past life regression therapy as well as dealing with problems in this life.
