About Samantha
My name is Samantha, founder of HypnoHugs.
After working for many years in the corporate world, meeting many wonderful people each and every day I decided that I wanted to explore a career in the holistic field. I have always been a people person, and an active listener.
During 2012 I started adult education on top of my day job, to learn Counselling Skills and Practice. After 2 years I qualified in Active Counselling Listening Skills. This was the first step in my journey. During 2018 I attended a residential study group and spent many hours gaining my Hypnosis qualification. After working with friends and relatives I decided to start up my own business, and add my real passion - Past Life Regression and Therapy - to my repertoire. I am proud to also mention that I have gained my Reiki 1 and 2 qualification and Hypnohugs was born. I work part time with Hypnohugs presently but my vision is for this to become my full time vocation.

Past Life Regression
Saw Samantha in August and just wanted to say thankyou for the brilliant past life regression session I had.
Samantha made me feel really relaxed and comfortable, making sure that I had everything I needed to feel secure.
She was genuine, kind and interested in what I was looking to gain from the session and put me at ease, instantly.
The session moved at a smooth pace and I never felt rushed or nervous. Samantha gave me the time to adjust my breathing and physical positions, so that I could deepen into the past. Her voice was slow and soft and easy to listen to. I really did appreciate that she'd read my information form, noticing that my safe place was a beautiful garden. The calming music and nature sounds were wonderfully natural and beneficial to the process.
I felt safe throughout, without embarrassment being able to show my emotions when the session became intense with past memories and feelings. Whilst knowing that I was still in control and could withdraw if I wanted to.
Thankyou for letting me feel those emotions. It showed me, through strong memories, what I'm still holding on to and what I can let go of.
There were many validations for me throughout the session and this again confirmed what a professional and effective therapist she is.
Thankyou Samantha, for guiding me throughout the whole thing. You are truly a beautiful, caring soul who is giving an amazing gift to help people with their internal questions.
