Hypnotherapy is so appealing as a therapy as it works quickly, often resolving issues at the root cause so there is much less chance of you having a relapse.

Over the last 10 years of practice I have created therapeutic techniques that are designed to create rapid change in your thinking, feelings and behaviours.

I am very passionate about my work and I have an excellent track record at getting the results you desire. I promise you respect, understanding and complete confidentiality.

I have experience in a wide range of treatments and I am particularly passionate in helping individuals overcome emotional issues. This drove me to create my own rapid depression/anxiety treatment which is also effective in the treatment of phobias, trauma and PTSD.

I'm also a fully accredited trainer of Hypnotherapy, NLP and RSR holding regular training at Newquay Therapy Centre.
