I am a fully qualified & insured Clinical Hypnotherapist & NLP Practitioner specialising in working with women with hormonal issues, in particular, PMDD (pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder), anxiety & through big life changes and crossroads. I also do mother & daughter programmes to learn together how to manage the relationship through hormonal changes and difficulties.
The work I do with clients is completely tailored to their needs, with an integrative & immersive structure. I offer a supportive environment, with actionable tools and techniques to manage your thoughts, behaviours and ultimately, change your life for the better.
