About Keith

Having completed a degree in Cognitive Science (studying the mind) all the way back in 1996, I've spent the years since then looking for psychology treatments that can help more people, more quickly.

I've seen too many people be given drugs, to supress emotions, when they really need to change their way of thinking. Advanced hypnotherapy can rapidly retrain the mind, using a deep state of relaxation and the power of imagination, to overcome many unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

My aim is to provide rapid long-lasting change, so that people can live happier lives.

Practising Since: 2018

My Experience
We start with a 20 minute introductory consultation, to get to know each other, understand what the client wants to achieve, and any potential underlying causes, I then design a bespoke treatment based around the client and their concerns, utilising a mix of hypnotherapy and NLP tools. We then work together, to help retrain the mind and build the new you.
