About Sarah

Sometimes life feels more stressful than usual doesn’t it? Or it maybe you feel locked into a permanently high stressed life, juggling the demands of work, finance,  relationships, family and health.?

Sarah Kallend is a Mind/ Body therapist who can help to  bring more ease into your life by identifying and then helping to  transform your stress responses. Having lived the super full, fast and stressful life herself, Sarah brings a common sense approach to Mind/Body Wellness which you’ll find refreshing. She uses a combination of therapies  - drawing from Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP, Mindfulness and HeartSpeak, which is an emerging stress resolution technique.

HeartSpeak is really flexible - it can be used to reduce the little bits of stress that together can add up to a feeling of ‘overwhelm’.  And  it can also target the big stuff…. like trauma from the past, anxiety and depression as well as making a difference to physical problems where muscle stress is making things worse. It's an effective way of 'clearing the old' before using hypnosis to create the new.

 Sarah also uses HeartSpeak to check the bodies response to particular foods and ingredients.
