Hello , I am Rebecca I’m a registered hypnotherapist and an Accredited NLP practitioner.
I also offer therapies such as Reiki, Spiritual Healing, Access Bars and Aromatherapy Massage.  

I offer therapies that I truly believe in and which,  have helped me personally.

My Story

Having suffered with anxiety and depression for most of my childhood and early adult years due to co-dependency, I found therapies such as hypnotherapy and Reiki very helpful to me.  These therapies helped me turn my life around and since then I then made it my mission to help others with these therapies also. 

In my early 20's I used to suffer with panic attacks & depression bouts.  On the outside I seemed okay to many people but on the inside it was chaos and turmoil. I overanalysed nearly everything and felt overwhelmed a lot of the time. I was very hard on myself!

I can honestly say that the symptoms that I have just described, are no longer an issue for me. I am much happier and joyful. I now have inner peace and I would like to share this to you.

Background

I worked in accounting in the NHS for 14 years up to early 2016 and I have 3 young children.

I developed a strong interest to help others with complementary therapies due to being helped by these therapies myself.  Due to this and extensive training , it enables me to empathise and have a greater understanding of what is required and works. 

I  started training and practising complementary therapies in 2007. 

Accreditations & Qualifications 

Rebecca offers hypnotherapy & Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as well as Reiki, Aromatherapy Massage, Access Bars. Rebecca is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and is an accredited practitioner of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC),  A member of the Healing Trust and is a Society-certified NLP Practitioner.
