About Stacey
Hi, my name is Stacey and i am a qualified counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I work with adults, children and also couples.
I do sessions face to face in my rooms and can do in your own home, Zoom appointments and telephone appointments.
I have studied Neuro Linguistic Programming and am able to combine all 3 together when applicable if the client desires this.
My friendly nature provides for creating rapport with clients for a warm and friendly session.
I focus on Mind body and spirit and this is a whole holistic session that i provide.

Counselling & NlP
I worked with Stacey for over a year and in this time I saw tremendous changes in my life. To me, she’s more of a teacher/coach than a therapist. I entered therapy for a very specific reason. Living with childhood trauma and how this had negatively impacted on my ability to maintain and grow loving nurturing relationships within my family circle and close friends. Stacey is incredible at understanding and relating to emotional pain. And she has a tremendous gift to take people by the hand and guide them out of a life that is overshadowed by fear and pain, regardless of what their source is. She led me towards making peace with my past and releasing its power over the choices I make in my present life. At this point, I feel like I am living my life, rather than acting out the consequences of unhappy circumstances. With constant encouragement she taught me how to answer more and more questions for myself. Her greatest gift to me has been to teach me how to access and trust my own resources. I highly recommend Stacey's services for anyone needing a guiding hand.

Hypnotherapy
Stacey was very warm and welcoming. She made me feel very calm and comfortable to open up. I was a little unsure whether hypnotic therapy would work but I was definitely open to trying.
I am very happy with my results, they were immediate and I would recommend Stacey and her service to any friends/family.

Nurturing And Compassionate
Stacey created a peaceful space that made me feel safe to open up and really challenge myself to grow. The best part is that she felt more like a friend than a counsellor. Both my personal and professional lives have benefited - I just got my dream job with her help!!!
