About Ian

I have been a practising Physiotherapist for over 30 years. In recent times, I have moved into aesthetics where self-image is a major part of the Practice. It is from these clinical areas that my understanding of the role of the mind and mental congruence is the main issue in health. Therefore, Hypnotherapy was the logical step to enhance my Practice.
