I have been a paramedic for 17 years and am now a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist since having a wonderful experience with it to quit smoking.
I trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis in Kings College, Waterloo, London.

Life Changing
I first visited Toby in January after struggling with Anxiety on and off for over 5 years. I can honestly say that it has transformed my life. Toby is really understanding and empathetic, and you really feel that he cares. I was always sceptical about trying hypnotherapy.. now I am spreading the word.. it really does work. I am even recommending Toby to all my friends and family.

Highly Recommend
I visited Toby to prepare for an interview I was particularly nervous about having been out of work for 2 years. I immediately felt a rapport with Toby, we chatted for a while before the hypnosis which really helped me to feel calm and relaxed. The actual session was very therapeutic and I knew that this was something I wanted to explore further. I had another session and Toby sent me some recordings I could listen to at home. Needless to say I nailed the interview and was offered the job. I didn’t feel nervous and for the first time in a long time my mind felt clear. I highly recommend making an appointment with Toby, you won’t be disappointed.
