I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Settle and Skipton, North Yorkshire. The type of Hypnotherapy I practise is known as Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. This means that instead of looking back at all that has "gone wrong" in your life, I encourage you to focus on what you want for your future.
