I offer a supportive, friendly and confidential service in a relaxing environment.   

For many years, I worked as a Receptionist in a doctor's surgery and even though challenging at times, I really enjoyed helping the patients.  At the start of the Pandemic my job came to end... I felt a sense of loss and knew that I needed to find a way of continuing to use my listening and empathic skills to help others.  

I am a qualified Health Kinesiologist and use muscle testing to communicate with the body to find out what the body needs and how it can be helped.  I am also very interested in how the brain works so furthered my knowledge and skills by training and qualifying as a hypnotherapist.  It can bring amazing results and I'm delighted to have returned to a place where I can help others.

I regularly attend courses to update my skills so that I can give you the best service I can and which you deserve.  

I am fully registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and also the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (PHPA).
