ABOUT ME:

I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups. My approach is to help my clients feel more confident and self-empowered to meet the challenges they face. An essential element in our work together is to explore core beliefs that you have about yourself that may be limiting your ability to create the life you desire. My training includes family systems, psychosynthesis, narrative coaching, mindfulness, grief work, ……

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege to train and study with wonderful teachers in mind/body health, mindfulness, narrative coaching, trauma work, hypnotherapy, psychosynthesis, expressive arts (writing, collage, drawing), meditation, family systems, couple’s counseling, equine-assisted therapy and much more. 

Depending on your needs, my approach may include a combination of psychodynamic/insight, experiential processes and practical tools to support you on your personal growth and healing journey.

My specialties: 
Fear, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Depression, Life Changes, Self-esteem, Creative Blocks, Relationship Issues, Phobias, Desired Habit Change and much more.

I work remotely on zoom.

I take payments by Venmo or Credit Card.

I do not take insurance

Fees:  My hourly rate is $195. For hypnosis, I charge 2 hours – 1 hour for an intake session and 1 hour to make a hypnosis recording.
