About Cathie
I have experienced many things in my life and have worked and helped support families parents and Carers in my 30 year career within education. I discovered hypnotherapy as a relaxation tool for myself when I was going through a difficult time. The healing power and multiple uses of PMR is something I want other people to benefit from. I am only just starting out on my career as a hypnotherapist but have already seen amazing results .
