Recently been to Shirley for a relaxation session. It was a great experience. Shirley is very professional and very calming. I Felt 100% comfortable and came out feeling relaxed, refreshed and cleansed.

Hypnotherapy Sessions

Shirley is an absolutely great hypnotherapist; she is extremely knowledgeable on the subject, and although I have just completed my second session, I have learnt a lot of very useful tools. Never worry about time and being rushed out, Shirley packs in so much during the session and beyond as well if needs be. She will explain everything in detail and is a true professional, as well as being a lovely person. You can talk to her about anything. I would highly recommend a course of Hypnotherapy with Shirley. She truly loves what she does and it shows.
