I have a Bachelors in Applied Psychology and a Masters in Education. I have been a High School teacher for most of my life teaching Psychology. During the course of my teaching, most students came to me for help and guidance and it was very rewarding when I could help them. At this point in my life, I felt it was time to change careers and become a full time therapist using an integration of CBT and Hypnosis to help my clients overcome obstacles and anxieties. I specialize in helping women deal with various issues and hearing their backstories. I believe in creating a warm therapeutic alliance with my clients, based on kindness and acceptance.
