Bio

When human beings decide their hearts and minds are no longer congruent with the life they are living, they can change their focus and create amazing change and miracles begin to happen. One small change can create a ‘shift’ that is the catalyst for a ‘total life transformation’ My greatest passion is to bring healing and hope to people who have suffered trauma and suffered adversity by empowering them to refocus, allowing them to take back control and begin ‘living again’ in an extraordinary way.

There are no templates for healing, I work with people as individuals applying a range of strategies from hypnotherapy, coaching and mentoring to create a personalised successful life plan that addresses and builds on each personal success. I speak publicly to children, adults and families about my own personal experience’s being born into social care and learning to accept my past, forgive myself and love every aspect of me. I speak my truth, to teach others how to accept and move through negativity to an empowered and uncompromised future.

As a life- long learner my educational background includes a Foundation degree in Early Years Education and Child Psychology, B.A Honours in Education and Professional Practice, a diploma in Delivering Presentations and A Master Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Master Neuro Linguistic Coaching Diploma

I was interviewed by Tiina Mokvist about my courage to show up fully authentically and honestly about my past and the person I am today, so that I can inspire others to be the greatest version of themselves. I talked about my experiences in foster care, some of my darkest moments and the things that have kept me moving forward. Today I know that I deserve happiness – something that was a revelation for me!
