About Maria
My Experience
In 1994 after giving birth to my daughter, I suffered with severe anxiety and panic attacks. I was given a relaxation cassette to listen to and I was amazed at how much it calmed me down. From then on, I decided to study forms of relaxation which introduced me to Hypnotherapy. In 2005 I qualified as a hypnotherapist and have continued to study 'The mind' ever since.
I have helped hundreds of clients over the years who have been anxious, depressed or had fears and phobias that have stopped them from living their life happily, I see clients who wish to lose weight and even gain weight. Increase their self confidence or deal with abusive pasts.
I have worked with groups of people to teach them how to use mindfulness in their lives and also cope with every day stresses and strains. I see many clients who need help sleeping and numerous individuals who have an addiction, from alcohol through to gambling and shopping.
I work with clients who have eating disorders, helping them to rebuild their lives. Help people pass their driving tests, learn to swim and stop the fear of flying so that they were able to go on the trip of a life time.

Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing hypnotherapy since 2005. I used to use other holistic therapy treatments in conjunction with hypnotherapy however, since working on more training, I work solely with hypnotherapy. I have qualifications in Psychotherapy and Counseling, Stress management, Professional relaxation therapy, Mindfulness, Nutrition, NLP, Child psychology, Drug and alcohol counseling and past life therapy.

Maria Has Helped Me To Change My Life
I went to see Maria from a recommendation. I was in a bad place, head was confused, i needed help dealing with a break up and also issues with my past. Maria listened to me, she didn't butt in, she let me talk. She made me feel able to express my emotions, which i hadn't done. We worked together for approx 5 sessions. I had a lot of baggage and problems and thanks to Maria I have changed my life around. She is magical, she is an incredible person and fantastic at what she does. I give her a million stars, she is brilliant.

Brilliant
After struggling to lose weight I went to Maria for gastric band hypnotherapy. I was a bit nervous at first, but the whole experience was very relaxed and I came away feeling a lot more positive about a lot of things in my life. The hypnotherapy really does work. Thank you Maria.

Weight Loss
I have struggled to lose weight all of my life, been on every diet there is. I decided to try Maria as a friend had recommended her. I am amazed, i am losing weight but also, i am sleeping better and i don't feel stressed like i did before. So I am more than happy.
