I got into hypnotherapy when I went to stop smoking, which was successful.. It occurred to me that we instinctively have our own best interest at heart - but maybe we need a gently re-introduction to it. Fear is what drives us into self-sabotage and that is learned and built upon as we grow up. I wanted to help others get reintroduced to their higher selves - through hypnotherapy. As it turns out, I have a knack for it. I look forward to helping you get reacquainted!

A Real Cure For Chronic Pain
I have lived with chronic pain for the past 50 years. I was skeptical to be honest. But when my session with Teresa was over, my pain was almost non-existent. She truly has a gift. I am so grateful I found her.

First Time
I've never done hypnotherapy before, and was reluctant. Teresa made me feel very comfortable and she was very competent and skilled at what she does. I have already felt very positive results from my session and I am excited about the next!!

Neck Surgery
I went in for surgery on May 2, 2018 for a fusion of the C3, 4 and 5. I was hypnotised the night before surgery and I am still totally amazed with the results. I have not had to use ANY of the pain meds after surgery, I was able to go home in less than 24 hours and I was walking unassisted up and down stairs in less than 24 hours after surgery. Even the post-op nurse asked me what my 'secret' was and I had to bring her cards to VCMC.
