Victoria Maskell BSc (Hons) 1st Class

Victoria trained with the former IAPH in hypno-analysis and is a member of the International Association for Evidence Based Psychotherapy (IAEBP). She also offers Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and other forms of Cognitive Therapy to suit the individual needs of her clients.

Victoria has worked with people suffering from depression, anxieties, phobias, low self-esteem, borderline personality disorder, weight-related concerns, IBS and those lacking in confidence.

Philosophy

I truly believe that is possible to make positive changes in our lives. We are not determined by our genes but we are shaped by our environment and can take control of our lives. Even in difficult situations there can be light at the end of the tunnel.
