I've been working as a therapist since 2005, when I first qualified as an Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner. That early training sparked a genuine fascination with how the mind works, and how much capacity we all have to change, given the right support - which led me, in 2011, to train as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Hypnotist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.

Since then, I've had the privilege of running my own hypnotherapy and mindset coaching practice, originally in the Leamington Spa and Warwick area, and since 2019, here in Rugby, Warwickshire. 

I love working with people from my local community and there's nothing quite like seeing a client walk out of a session lighter, clearer or simply more themselves than when they walked in.

Over nearly twenty years, I've never stopped learning. I've trained extensively in areas such as weight control, smoking and alcohol cessation, pain management, sports performance, forensic hypnosis and EMDR, because every client who walks through my door is different, and I want to have the right tool for whatever they bring. In 2025, I was proud to become an Advanced Practitioner and Supervisor with the General Hypnotherapy Register, a milestone that reflects both how far the journey has come and how much I still enjoy it.

My approach is integrative and always tailored to the person in front of me, drawing on Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Coaching, whatever combination will genuinely help.
