After a long teaching career, I decided to retrain and now work with people in a slightly different way, as a fully qualified talking therapist, offering a range of therapies. These include Clinical Hypnotherapy, Counselling, BWRT (Brainworking Recursive Therapy®) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I work with adults of all ages, but my professional background & additional training in Paediatric Hypnotherapy also help me to work with children from 5-17 years old. I offer a free initial consultation so that you can ask any questions and find out how talking therapies can benefit you. Often, significant changes can happen in a few sessions; some things can take a little longer. Rest assured that I won't keep you 'in therapy' for longer than necessary. All consultations are in complete confidence and take place in the peaceful setting that is the Bridge Centre for Natural Health, easily accessible from the A38 or the A50, on the South West side of Derby.
