Clients come to me for results.  I have over 18 years experience as a therapist.  The majority of my clients have seen multiple therapists in the past with little success and they come to me for results.  I practise a combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy to get clients the results they want.  I specialize in anxiety, mild to moderate depression, trauma, stress reduction and self esteem.  I offer both video sessions and in person sessions.  I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and I am regulated to practise NLP and Hypnosis.  In Ontario only psychotherapists are allowed to practise NLP and Hypnosis, however, there are many unregulated professions practising these modalities.
