I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and a Master of Therapeutic Imagery. I received my Diploma from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California, and I am a certified by the Hypnotherapist's Union, Local 472.

I have had a lifetime of commitment to the spiritual path and to doing inner imagery work,. Through being a successful business owner, a parent, and involved in service to the community, I have developed a full understanding of the challenges inherent in balancing work, family, and spiritual life. This has taught me the great value of learning how to combine a passion for life and compassion for others with a lively sense of humor.

I believe strongly in the innate ability of all people to connect deeply within and re-create themselves, change their lives, and uncover their vast reservoirs of inner resources and inner guidance. It gives me great satisfaction to work in partnership with my clients to support and facilitate their becoming active participants in their own transformation. I work with issues ranging from negative thinking and negative self-talk, to stress and anxiety, pain control, weight control, relationship issues, surviving divorce, changing negative habits, and embarking on new life paths. My desire is to help clients cut from the negatives of the past, and then move forward in their lives in positive, constructive, and joyful ways, thus learning to treat themselves, and others, with love and respect.
