About Bev
In 2013 I survived a Stress Based Cardiac Arrest and Near Death Experience. I knew I had stressful things happening in my life, but I was unaware of any related symptoms. Since my experience, I have dedicated my journey to helping others recognize stress and its symptoms, including smoking, weight management issues, fears, phobias, and other anxieties, and to helping them manage their stress before it manages their lives.
