About Linda
Sometimes we don’t know what is making us unhappy and often don’t have time in our busy lives to address the things which are slowing us down or stopping us living life to the full; being our best selves. We continue to carry problems and self-defeating behaviours around with us, when change would make such a difference to our lives.
I am an integrative therapist; I use hypnotherapy along with a range of therapies and am guided by my client’s needs. I work holistically with clients and believe that our emotional state has a direct relationship with our physical and spiritual health. We will work together to identify and untangle presenting issues and I will support you in identifying strategies to enable you to move forwards in your life.
