About Mark
Are you, your partner or your child needing experienced, professional help to make a significant and beneficial change? Since 2005, I have used a unique combination of Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy and Specialist Mind-Coaching to help with Anxiety/Stress/Trauma issues, Achieving Peak Performance (eg exams, sport, on stage, presentations etc) , Weight Reduction, Smoking Cessation plus much more. I am a highly qualified and experienced professional Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitoner and Performance Coach for adults and children, who was originally trained by the prestigious Brookhouse Group. I am also an EFT and EMDR Practitioner and Trauma Specialist.
My previous life was in education, firstly as a secondary school teacher and secondly as a personal adviser/coach for teenagers. I offer a unique programme for exam stress and anxiety.
I take great pride in helping people overcome their fears and obstacles to enhance their quality of life. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and live life to their full potential. The therapy and/or coaching is tailored to the individual's needs in a relaxed, friendly and confidential environment. I offers a caring and non judgemental approach and treat every individual as a unique and special human being.
