About Karen
I am proud to be the Editor-in-Chief of Life Magazine for Women, Owner of Menopausal Mayhem, an online clothing store for women and Mo2vate Magazine Inspirational Woman 2022 Winner. I am a multi published author and co-author, Stand Up Survivor Global Mission Ambassador (domestic abuse charity), business owner, supervisor and mentor.
I have over 22 years experience as a therapist as well as over 15 years teaching students how to become hypnotherapists and counsellors themselves.
I am a Women's Confidence and Relationship Coach

My Experience
In the 23 years I have been a therapist, I have worked with all ages and genders and from all backgrounds. I have continued to gain qualifications and have a wealth of personal and professional experience.
My clients describe me as 'not your usual therapist' and I would have to say that I agree. I am not stuffy or single therapy focused and I know that my clients keep coming back because they like my style so to speak.
The majority of my clients come from referrals, so I rarely need to advertise.
I have trained over 1000 students I think, so I guess you could say that I know my stuff.

Trained in 2000 with the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, where I gained a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy.
I also hold a - Level 4 Integrated Therapeutic Counselling (Dist.)
Level 5 CBT (Dist.), Relationship Psychology (Dist.), Positive Psychology (Dist.).
I hold a Diploma as a Women's Stress Practitioner as well as a Diploma in Counselling Skills.
I hold a Level 3 Award in Education & Training.
