Jake Is Amazing
I happened on Jake's FB ad one day and called. I had nothing to lose. Two days later I am in his office and as I left his office, I had this amazing feeling within I had never ever experienced. It was surreal. I saw Jake weekly for 3 1/2 months and then a few times a month. All in all about 40 sessions in a year's time. I am a new re-invented me because of the amazing skills Jake has for Hypnotherapy and business coaching. I highly recomend him to anyone. I was at my down and worst and because of my experience seeing Jake - I left law school and started attending (his alma matur) and a year later I became a Hypnotheapist. I found my true calling. Nearly 4 years later I am going strong and never ever have I ever been so happy! Thank you Jake.

For over 13 years I was dealing with a very troubling issue that I could not resolve. After a few sessions with Dr. Rubin at Westside Hypnotherapy I felt an incredible weight was lifted off my shoulders. Thank you so much, Dr. Rubin.

Best Hypnotherapist!
I've worked with therapists before and although I found them all to be helpful, I would always fall back into my old habits. I needed to find a way to change my thought pattern and decided to try hypnotherapy. It was important for me to find a therapist I could really believe in and one who had great credentials. Jake's masters in psychology from UCLA coupled with his training in hypnotherapy made him the right choice for me. He also offers a 20 minute free consultation, which really helped me make my decision. After my first session, I found myself in a situation where I started to slide back into an old negative thought pattern, when something shifted and I found myself having positive thoughts and was able to turn the situation around. Jake's really making a difference in my life. I'm so glad I found him! Oh, and just to allay any fears, during the session, you're not in a trance and there's no fear you won't 'come out of it'.

Hypnotherapy Works
After looking for a hypnotherapist in Santa Monica for a while, I found Westside Hypnotherapy. After reading more about Jake and his background I decided to visit him to help me with my anxiety. Best decision I've made in quite some time. After struggling for most of my life with debilitating anxiety I was significantly better after 1 session and after 6 my anxiety was essentially gone. I can't thank him enough.

Great Experience
I had an excellent experience with Jake at Westside Hypnotherapy. I was looking for the best hypnotherapist in Los Angeles and I do believe I found him... He was professional, thorough and warm. I was able to make some great progress with some issues I have been challenged with for many years.
