She furthered her education at Grand Valley State University, where she completed a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work. Susan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and is also certified in Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy through The Wellness Institute. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Michigan Chapter of Social Workers.
