I have a great deal of experience working in Adult Mental Health with people with severe and enduring illnesses. I have a great deal of theories that I work with although not formally trained in any, including psycho- dynamic, person centered, Solution Focused, Timeline and CBT techniques. I am also aware of energy losses and support people to retrieve these.
