Hi. I’m Jackie and I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, based in Exeter. I am accredited by the NCH and the CNHC and I hold the following qualifications:

Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis (DipCAH) Certified Hypnotic Birthing Practitioner (CHBP)

I specialise in anxiety and stress management as it is these states that underpin and exacerbate all most every problem behaviour that we humans may suffer from.

My passion for hypnotherapy became fully ingrained when I witnessed people I knew well, finally overcoming issues they had struggled with for a great deal of their lives, having tried every other avenue and deciding on this as a last resort! I knew immediately that I had found the perfect profession for me. Within this highly researched and evidence-based discipline, I am committed to a programme of ongoing study and research, to ensure I am always the best and most informed therapist I can be, in order to help you attain your goals.

It is important to note that hypnotherapy will be most effective, when therapist and client develop a strong, mutual rapport. With this in place, working as a team, we are able to establish a sound understanding of the issues and roadblocks along the way. Gaining this rapport is key to creating a trusting and solid working partnership.
